January Update 2010

This was a gorgeous day for Seattle in the beginning of February. It was about 53 degrees. Ok, that doesn't sound warm but when the sun shines, it really feels warm out!

So... I don't realize how many people read my blog! Now I feel bad for not updating it at least once a month. For January I have been:

-Looking for part-time/temp work as a dental assistant
-counting the sunny days that we do have and sitting in the front yard to soak it up.
-recovering from a solid week of after christmas vacation to Boise in which we spent the night at 3 different houses in a matter of 5 days. Ya, I was stressin'

-training for a 5K run in May (for me I need to start now!)
-refinishing my moms sewing desk
-did a working interview for a sweet dental office...but didn't get it :(
-did a 3-day temp job at a Cascade Family Dental Dr. Tae Oh & Dr. Darrel Jensen
-looking for a queen headboard on craigslist for Chelsea's room (I want to paint it cream color and distress it.)

-cut chelsea's hair off because her bangs are long enough and she wants short hair sooooo bad! She looks like a big girl now! She will be 6 years old soon!

-enjoying the warmest January ever! I woke up one day at 7:00 to run and it was 50 degrees outside...CRAZY!

-Loving that it only froze ONCE here overnight. Every morning my car is wet but at least I don't have to scrape windshields!

-Playdates with Chelsea's friends (Sarah and Ashley)

-doing Secretarial work for Primary...talks/prayers/scripture...

Thats what we are up to, lets see if I can keep this up for February :)
